How do I book my furniture hire?
Confirming your order with Elite Furniture Hire is easy. Sending a confirmation email and making the deposit or full payment required secures your order.
Is there a delivery and collection charge?
There will be one itemised Transport cost on your quotation. This is dependent on the size of the order and distance between our warehouse and your venue.
What happens if an item is damaged or lost while on hire?
All items on hire are the responsibility of the hirer. Any losses or damages will be charged to the customer at the replacement cost. If you would like to know a replacement cost for a specific item please do contact us to find out.
Can I change my order after booking?
Additions can be made to your order at any time subject to availability. Minor reductions in quantities / items can be made however substantial reductions may incur a fee unless we are able to re-hire. We understand that final numbers for many functions may vary and are happy to accommodate small variations.
Am I able to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at any time however there may be cancellation charges incurred. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Hire for our cancellation policy.
How do I make payment?
Payment can be made via the following methods; Online BACS Transfer, Debit/Credit Card or Cheque.
When will you deliver and collect?
Our normal delivery times are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If your event is on a weekend we normally deliver on Friday and collect on Monday however alternative arrangements can be agreed. Weekend delivery and collections can be arranged however additional charges may be incurred. Whenever your event is we will liaise with you to ensure the most convenient delivery and collection times possible.
Do you charge VAT?
We do charge VAT on all items at the current rate.
Is all of your equipment clean and ready to use?
We ensure all hire items are in a clean and useable condition prior to delivery. We take care to provide you with the best quality we can.
Do you have additional items not listed on your website?
We strive to keep our website up-to-date, however we regularly invest and update our stock so please do get in touch if there is something you would like that you cannot see on our website. In addition, with advanced notice we are also able to source items from our trusted suppliers.
Do you only provide hire in Worcestershire?
Although a Worcestershire based company we do deliver to surrounding counties and areas including Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and throughout the West Midlands. On occasion we can also go further afield.
