A Personal Delivery Service

We are proud to offer a personalised delivery and collection service for all of our customers. Once you have confirmed your booking with us we will liaise with you to arrange convenient delivery and collection times.

We are used to working with venues and on sites that have restricted hours for deliveries and collections and as long as we know about this in advance we can normally accommodate any such requirements.

The member of our team who delivers your order will always aim to liaise with you to ensure everything is accounted for and to the quality you expect.

– The care of our stock when delivery and collection is made is very important to us
– You will have a contact number for the driver delivering your items and as long as we have your contact number our delivery driver will have yours. This means that we can let you know if caught in unexpected traffic and simply give you peace of mind that you can get accurate up-to-date information on where your delivery is should you want to know.

Our dedicated team will do all they can to ensure delivery and collection times suit you, however our standard delivery times are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We can deliver outside of these hours, although an additional charge may be incurred.

Delivery and Collection Charges

There will be one itemised Transport cost on your quotation. This is dependent on the size of the order and distance between our warehouse and your venue.
